The AP Club in association with the Total Urban Combat Concepts Martial Arts Academy now hosts Martial Arts training.

Chris Byrne is the chief instructor of Total Urban Combat Concepts, Martial Arts Academy. He has been studying Martial Arts for 25+ years now and is privileged to hold the following ranks:

6th Dan Master Rank RyuKyu Kempo – Northern England representative for Zendoryu Martial Arts and Dillman Karate International.

6th Dan Master Rank Kyusho Jitsu
6th Dan Master Rank RyuKyu Kempo
6th Dan Shotokan Karate
3rd Dan Atemi Jutsu Ryu.

Chris is also a Qualified Acupuncturist and Oriental Medical Practitioner

Every monday

Junior Karate - 18:00 18:45 - £4 per session

Adult Karate / Ju jitsu MMA - 19:00 20:00 - Free to members / £5 to non members

Christmas Holiday Updates

Classes running over the Christmas period.

Opening times over the Christmas period.
New opening times

07.00 – 22.00. Monday to Friday, 07.00 – 17.00. Saturday and Sunday These times are valid for 360 days of the year, the Club is open on the remaining 5 days, but subject to some time restrictions.
Fun Sports For Kids

Come and enjoy Fun Sports at the AP Club Holmes Chapel Cheshire near Crewe, Sandbach and Nantwich. Every Saturday 9:30am to 10:45am for 4 to 14 year olds. Take part in circuit training, boxercise, badminton, football, hockey, cricket, rounders and tennis.
Super Seniors Exercise Class

Super Seniors Exercise Class for the over 55's every Monday and wednesday, 9:30 am - 10:30am. Classes available for members and non-members. Members free, non-members £5, ask at reception for more details or call 01477 537274.
