Please allow us to introduce ourselves as a local provider of first class meeting and conference facilities. 
 
We are able to accommodate your individual requirements for any numbers between 6 and 200 people.  
 
The Beartown Conference Centre is a first class conference and meetings venue, whether you’re looking to host a board meeting, manage a conference for up to 200 delegates or participate in a team building activity. 

 Already a well established training centre, The Beartown Conference Centre offers seven conference suites of varying sizes, which include PowerPoint facilities, overhead projectors, screens, flip charts and photocopying. Photocopying is also available, and secretarial assistance is always on hand. Catering is also available on request. We have four syndicate rooms laid out in meeting style, and a further three rooms which may be configured for conference or theatre style. Whatever your requirements, our experienced staff will be on hand at all times to ensure that your event is a success.

You will find us conveniently situated in the picturesque village of Holmes Chapel, just one mile from junction 18 of the M6, and next door to Holmes Chapel railway station. There are extensive parking facilities and we are able to arrange overnight accommodation if required.  

For the energetic, our AP Health & Fitness club offers you the opportunity to utilise our air-conditioned, state-of-the-art gymnasium and circuit room with an unrivalled range of aerobic and strength equipment. Exercise classes, squash and badminton are also included in the membership. There are no joining fees or annual membership.  

Alternatively, relax and ease away the tensions of the day by using the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi or treat yourself to a sun bed session.  

You will find our rates very competitive at only £17.50 per delegate, per day, or £10.00 per delegate, per half day.  Refreshments are available from as little as £2.50 per delegate, per day.  Lunch can be provided with a selection of 5 different buffet menus ranging from £5.95 to £12.45 per person.
